Ive found a very special mountain home in Sunshine Canyon and am looking for 3 housemates to cultivate a clean, nurturing, and happy environment. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home is large with 6 additional common spaces (sunroom, 3 living areas, 2 dinning areas) and a south facing greenhouse. There is absolutely no growing of MMJ but I am looking forward to having an amazing year round veggie supply. Gardeners are strongly encouraged to contact me as I would like to make the most of this amenity:) Two car garage with ample storage and washer but no dryer. The greenhouse has a clothesline for drying and vents for heating the house. Heat costs should be close to nothing with the ventilation and fireplace.
