Ive got a grooming question. Ive been teaching myself how to hand strip Tanner and doing a little at a time. The long puppy hair on his face isnt letting go yet. There isnt much of the wire hair coming out on his head yet. Hes having surgery to remove his blind eye in two weeks. Im sure the vet will shave the site. Im wondering if I go ahead and trim up his head with clippers, if it would mess up the stripping process for long. Id feel better if the long hair was gone and not interfering with the healing eye area. Obviously I wont be stripping until his eye area has completely healed up.What would you guys who hand strip do?
