Ive got no problems with my upper body, whether I work out or not, but my lower body is like a fragile child. It complains at the slightest offense in the type of workout or diet. I have this African hour glass body. I am now analyzing my workouts to eliminate those that work against me and improving on those that work for me. I develop muscles easily but thats not really the kind of look I want. I naturally have big thighs, but not too much. Now my friends would normally say that they want to have my tummy or legs. I posted the info on different types of bodies, so that we can all understand that Naomi Campbell can never have Kim Kardashians body. Simple because they have different types of bodies. Im more like Serena Williams kind of body. Heavy, toned and muscular. So guys, anyone with my kind of body that has workouts that work best for them, please share with me.
