Ive gotta be honest yall, it has taken me a long time to get out of my own way in this industry. I used to think that I knew everything there was to know about Network Marketing. You couldnt tell me NOTHING!!! .... It wasnt until recent that I had to really sit down and evaluate myself. Ive always been great at making good money in this industry, but I was horrible at creating duplication let alone a true residual income.. So what changed? ..... How did I go from zero duplication to now producing top income earners in my organization? The first thing I did was give others a platform to shine! Always remember that you cant do it all by yourself in network marketing. Many of you are loaded with a team of talented net workers in your organization that just need an opportunity to shine!!! Learn to empower them. Look beyond their limitations and show them their possibilities. You see folks at the end of the day if youre the only person making money in your opportunity you wont win long term. Take it from me, Ive been down that path before and it aint worth it.
