Ive had 3 people tell me today, omg your almost 40? You know what? Yes I am. Im almost 40 and am in the best shape of my life. Mentally , physically and emotionally I feel younger than i ever have. I work my ass off and it has paid off. You have to work for what you want. Im not perfect by any means, but heart and dedication is everything. A number is just that. U bring your game, I promise Ill bring mine.
