Ive had a busy few days everyone! Our family traveled out of state of Thursday for the wedding of cousin on yesterday. She was a beautiful bride & the wedding was a blast. The reception was a buffet, but both myself & the maid of honor (my other cousin), have Celiac. No problem! I prepared food for both of us to enjoy & brought it along. An AIP salad of mixed greens w/ avocado & blueberry, and an entree of lemon-seared pork chops, asparagus, & roasted potatoes w/ parsley (I have reintrod potatoes & my cousin is not sensitive). How do you navigate social situations like weddings & food?
