Ive had a dentist appointment on Monday, scheduled for weeks. I get a phone call today. I decline the call because Im busy and I know it is the dentist with a reminder call. They call a second time. Even though I am busy, I take the call somewhat grumpily and confirm that I will be there. In two minutes I get a text to remind me. Then I get an email to remind me. At what point does this become dental harassment?
