Ive had a problem with my so called FREE MOVIES with Comcast Since Aug 1st 2013.... I spoke to them in person 2day. All they do is upgrade my service and subtract $ off my bill.... Yet they NEVER fix the PROBLEM Im having.. Today they upped me from 100 to 200 channels dropped my monthly bill to $59, and they took $100 off my current Bill. Plus they gave me the HBO & SHO Pacages FREE for 6 Months & Xfinity Streem Pics FREE for 3 months.... Im happy for the upgrade!! But I will still be calling them @ least once per week to see if there is any progress on fixing my ORIGINAL PROBLEM with ON DEMAND SINCE AUG 1ST 2013!!!! I hope they dont think im going 2 FORGET about my ORIGINAL PROBLEM with the sevice???? By TRYING TO SMOOTH me over with a better package & Premium channels!!!!
