Ive had a week dealing with disappointment and let-downs. I wanted to get off. I am a patient woman, but this has had me almost curled up and giving up. A lot of you will be aware that I have been fundraising for McHappy day for about 7 weeks now and am shaving my hair off tomorrow afternoon. On Wednesday I messaged my hairdresser with details and received a message back saying she was helping her daughter move house and she would try to get there! Are you KIDDING me?? Plans have been aware of for a couple of months with dates know for over a month. Freak out on my part. Finally sorted out. Ok Im breathing again.She is back on the case. Today, after 3 weeks of our store managers trying to get in touch with Westfield management about my shave happening in the outside area potentiality and constantly getting the brush off So-and-so isnt in, theyll get back to you. Someone comes in and asks what we are wanting to know? And we are told No. We cannot do it near the store as it is against health and safety or some rubbish. Did THAT nearly tip me over the edge or what?! I had to do a quick run around of salons in the centre and S+S Hair.Beauty have come to the rescue and we can use their premises. I was getting to the stage where I was wondering if something was trying to tell me this wasnt meant to happen, and as much as my Boss told me It will work out and as much as I am normally a very positive person, my positivity nearly flew right out the window. Maybe my lesson here is to Breathe, Keep CALM and just MAKE it happen
