Ive just been informed by phone that I am having a manic episode and need to get help right away. I think this is a backlash from the severe depression I recently was going through. I dont get manic very often, but now that Ive talked to someone I keep in high regard I realize that this is a manic episode and I should only post my thoughts and not the racing thoughts begging to make me appear insane to all. Im going to try to get some help so I can get back on an even keel. Thanks to those who are bearing with me.
