Ive known this dirty secret since the mid-1980s when I almost died from serious health problems. My health is great now, and it has been for the last 30 years. The problem is, due to its addictive nature and its presence as an additive in almost everything we eat, its almost impossible to eliminate this substance entirely from our diet. Furthermore, the government-subsidized corporate giants who produce and put this stuff in our food want to make sure we stay hooked and sick, all in the name of profits.
