Ive learned over these past few days, that nothings more important than friends and family. Those are the people who will pick you up when your down and catch you before you fall. They will take care of you. Never be afraid to let your tears out, they dont judge, if they do, their not your true family. I also learned that when Im feeling down and i dont wanna be here, I know who will be there for me. Everyone is depressed at some point, dont deny it. It happens, but always stand tall, and dig your feet into the ground, youll make it through. Theres times when you feel like its all over, but really its all just starting. Dont let people drag you down, your worth more. Dont stop believing in yourself, have hope. It will help you. Never ever give up.
