Ive lived in this body for 34 years, and as far back as I can remember, theres been something about it that I didnt like. As a young kid, I hated my pointy-tipped ears that stuck out. As an adolescent, I despised my knock knees, and I was never fond of the extra weight that continued to pile on after high school. Even after losing over 100 lbs, I still found myself critical of the stretch marks and loose skin that remained. It wasnt until after 33 years with this body that I finally learned to love everything about it. I found that love during my first Strongman show (pictured here) when I pressed a log over my head, carried a Conans Wheel, and loaded some stones, all for the first time. It took me learning what my body was actually capable of to truly appreciate what I had. #savedbystrongman #startingstrongman
