Ive made 2 batches of Cranberry Almond Bark for gifts. At the rate were eating it, Id better stock up on teaspoons for containers.... Recipe: 1 package of Almond Bark (thats the name on the package) 2 cups of rice krispies 3/4 cup dried cranberries 1 cup nuts (I use almonds, but whatever you like) Melt chocolate (1 minute in microwave, stir, 1 minute more, stir and its done. Add cranberries, cereal and nuts and stir together. Pour all in pan LINED WITH WAX PAPER OR PARCHMENT Paper or you will be chiseling that stuff out. Let it sit or put it in the frig, and when its firm, break apart. YUMMO!
