Ive made a video in hope of raising awareness for PROM ( premature rupture of membranes - Overall survival of the fetus is likely in cases of PROM at any age but is subject to the consequences of prematurity which varies depending on the gestational age of the fetus. PROM is responsible for 20% of all fetal deaths between 20 and 24 weeks gestation) and pulmonary hypoplasia ( Incidence of pulmonary hypoplasia ranges from 9–11 per 10,000 live births and 14 per 10,000 births. Pulmonary hypoplasia is a common cause of neonatal death. It also is a common finding in stillbirths, although not regarded as a cause of these.) Also just to make people aware that these things do happen and if you ever feel like somethings wrong in your pregnancy, go and get it checked!!!!
