Ive never really been one of those people to post my workouts. I figure, if you want to see what I do then come join me. Today, I decided to share since it was my first back day with candy, burger, fries, pancakes, popcorn in my gut. I got some stuff on my mind and decided to use all that crab for fuel. I worked out with the trainer this morning and told him we going heavy right?. Yeap! 4 sets of hammer strength rows - 12reps 180 (2 45s each side) 4 sets of t-bar rows 10 reps (100 lb plate) Seated hammer strength high 12 reps 270lb (3 45s each side) Seated hammer strength low 12 reps 180-270 (2-3 45s each side) Dumbbell rows 60 lbs 12 reps - 4 sets Dumbbell pull over 60 lbs 12 reps 4 sets Biceps curls a bunch of variations 25-45lb 4 sets Flipping this next week to width on one day and thickness on an opposite day. #readyforwhatever #grow
