It has central air and forced heat. Is pretty much completely furnished and even has dishes, bed linens etc. Is SUPER clean! Has never been smoked in or had pets in. Off street parking. Cable is paid for and TV is also furnished. It is located in downtown Clarksburg in a nice residential neighborhood.
