Ive noticed the difference between how I function at a job high, vs. Sober. I choose sober. When I smoke I tend to make silly choices and get distracted easily. I perform fine in regards to my duties, but I become fatigued much quicker, due to extra non-essential physical exertion, and have increased focus, but with a decreased amount of focal points. I also tend to become less conversive under the influence of Marijuana on the job site, due to fear of being noticed and worrying about job security. Besides if I get hurt I cant get workmans compensation. So I hereby declare Justin Ballinger shall remain drug free in the workplace.
