Ive realized that i should be comfortable in expressing my own rights on matters like contracts. Friendship is a big deal for me and i can move mountains to actually help friends. But people, Business is Business. Its not about the money that hurts passionate people that puts in effort and time, we can still get bookings over that. Its about respect in what we do, in how we do it, in how many time we spent to master any skill. You dont even know how much is that eyebrow powder im using to make framework in your face. Something has to change. No more too nice, too timid, Say-OK from now on.
