Ive recently started shopping at aldis and wanted to make chili. They have great prices but not as much of a variety. I normally would get chili beans at giant eagle. So I only saw black beans and got them not realizing that they are Mexican. I am still in a mess so dont have all of my normal ingredients and only had a little hot sauce but had some Chinese hot sauce. So I guess that I will call this concoction Mexican- Chinese chili. It smells good.
