Ive said it in the past. Soda is highly addictive and for that reason I dont bring soda in my house and when it is in my house, the kids dont have any. Alyssa is allowed on sprite when we get food from a restaurant but other than that, no... in this house it is water or milk. My kids love their water and I am grateful. I was 29 when I finally found a love for water and when I finally stopped drinking soda. I have no looked back. I dont want to be that person anymore. I think of what my insides must have looked like and it disgusts me. I drank more soda than any human being should consume in a week... but I drank that in a day. Gross, I know! If you are a victim of this nasty addiction, reconsider. Each day you lesson the amount of soda consume, the more you are helping yourself. Same goes for diet sodas and I wouldnt even recommend sports drinks. Water has everything you need and it is so delicious.
