Ive said to myself that I should go back to work for quite some time now. But there has always come something in between. Another warm and sunny day that I dont want to miss, some problem in the greenhouse that is urgent to solve, food to make, bread to bake, people coming over, a novel to write. Poor sleep, trouble with our daughter, lack of motivation to work. Lack of meaning with life, sheer lazyness. Difficulties in concentrating on working tasks, lack of proper working tasks. Weve allowed ourselves a holiday since the middle of June though we really cant afford it, staying awake half night, waking up when we feel like it. I cant decide whether to consider us lucky or happy or desolate.
