Ive seen like at least quadruple the amount of dudes talking about the whole fowler vs. wood smackdown of the century, than dudettes. Ive seen dudes be like Its on us to make change!, i even read one dude write i wanna thank you for reminding me i got the conversation started Ive tried my best to not really talk about it that much, cause im just another dude, but how many of these dudes are gonna say this same thing in six months when another shitstorm comes rolling through. All this white-knighting would be great, if in six months i saw at least (AT LEAST) a 10% increase in female writers and artists doing great work. Right now, 33% of Amazing forest are female artists. And the next project, im cowriting is, ill be the only guy on the team. I dont want to use feminism as a marketing tool, or as a talking point. Im tired of stupid interviews like WOMEN OF -Insert Comics Publisher- and panels like BEING -Insert non-white male- IN COMICS Less talk, more doing. Less conversations about what youre gonna do, and more conversations about what youve done.
