Ive seen some carnage and utter stupidity on washingtons freeways but this one takes the cake. I just passed a sight I hope I never see again. I see a crashed animal carrier in the shoulder of the hov lane in bellevue. Right behind it, the carcass of a german shepard. What the hell is wrong with these idiots that you cant secure your precious cargo? Let alone be in such a hurry that you dont even notice that your animal has hopped out of your rig and is now road kill and you dont even turn around or stop to pick him up? Assholes!
