Ive tried turkey burgers but I dont get that same heavenly feeling as when Im eating a good old fashion hamburger or cheese burger. I like ground turkey in my tacos but they just dont do my spaghetti, meatloaf or lasagna justice. I actually like turkey baloney but it dont fry good like a slice of thick regular baloney with the red strip around it. turkey bacon - hated it!!! turkey sausage - eh can take it or leave it. most of the time I leave it and turkey necks will never taste as good in some greens as good old neckbones but I do like em (turkey necks) in my blackeyed peas.
