Ive updated the training programme on the website. Not sure whether to continue writing this as Im not seeing how hard it is etc any more so impossible to know how much to increase the workload each week and how much to de-load. I keep on for now though as I quite enjoy it but feel free to change the number of sets/reps if you think its too easy or hard. Week one to three of each cycle should see the difficulty rise then week four is de-load.
