So here is my article I pieced together with my personal knowledge of military hardware: The mystery about flight 370 The mystery about flight 370 is an interesting phenomenon. There are many questions and very little in the way of answers. So let us shed some light on some very little and unknown details not mentioned by the press during the incident and the questions that follow. The first question is what happened to flight 370? From all appearances it has functionally disappeared. So when did the flight actually disappear, and what can we claim as the actual time. The press as usual cannot, does not want, nor do they care about the aircraft or the accompanying passengers. Would the Chinese take the flight? If so, why would they want to do so and with what reason. They get to make everything - they are the production power house in the world starting with Nixon, and they have grown by way of malfeasance of the American government and Congress. They would have no reason to take the aircraft although they most likely have come to the same conclusion I have in regards to who is - not was, because the aircraft is still missing, and many people’s lives lay in the balance. I have four aircraft in mind: A) E2C Hawk Eye globalsecurity.org/military/systems/aircraft/e-2-specs.htm B) P3 - Orion or the ELINT Version the EP-3A Aries II readtiger/wkp/en/Lockheed_EP-3 C) C-130 Hercules theaviationzone/factsheets/c130_specs.asp D) E3 AWACS en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-3_Sentry Okay, well let me delineate about capabilities: The E2C does not have range nor does it have the speed keep up or travel with the 777 ER - that aircraft is now out of the equation. The EP-3A has an excellent range, but it is limited in speed in relation to the .84 Mach speed the 777 ER travels, so that might be an issue in this arena. The Aries II is now out of the equation as per my consideration of the 777 ER’s specifications. The C-130 is a multi-role logistics aircraft better suited for transport as well as mission specific ELINT requirement, and in my military mind ruled out of the equation. Now my model is based on the E3 AWACS, many are housed in Diego Garcia (would not have to be an E3 AWACS out of Diego Garcia), and with an accompanying KC-135 or a KC-10 (not necessarily from Diego Garcia either) for refueling on the way to return back to Diego Garcia. 3) How did they do it, hackers (Electronic warfare specialists) on the E3 AWACS got into the fly by wire servers (Wirelessly) and locked the pilots out of the controls. The IFF/UHF transponder was turned off remotely, and the black box was either turner off within twenty minutes of the IFF/UHF transponder being turned off - that was at 01:30 local time, or the transponder for that device was quelled by the aircraft’s magnificent ECM suite. Any other forms of electronic transmissions are quelled by the E3s electronic control officer and the SQL (ECM - Electronic Counter Measures) capability of the aircraft. The main dome itself can track over 250 targets (and much more than that), it can eliminate all ground clutter and all sea return. Ever hear about EMP? E3 AWACS can darken an entire city like New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles with ease, “smoking” TV’s, radios, and computers in relation to electronic shielded hardware that is not military grade. RF transmissions coming from passengers on the plane are blocked from reaching any transponders in regard to the 777 ER’s position and the capability of the E3 AWACS and proximity. Resolves the phone question. Crew on the E3 AWACS are capable of flying the 777 ER similar to all drones they are capable of controlling. Compared to a drone, the 777 ER wallows, and the crew keeps the 777 ER at preset altitude by setting the barometrically controlled altimeter electronically in the wireless configuration. Once full control is assumed, the crew’s professionalism will keep the 777 ER at a safe altitude. Remember, this happened early in the AM, so no one would determine the 777 ER was also being shadowed by another plane. The E3 AWACS would set a new course to rendezvous with the orbiting tanker. The next key is to cement a solid rendezvous location, which was prearranged for the refueling, which by all U.S. military air requirements as routine. Once refueling is complete the flight with the 777 ER is routine, and landing while it is still dark on Diego Garcia maintains the secrecy aspect the CIA mandates. Air Force ATC services would have been appraised of the 777 ER’s lack of control on the flight deck, so the civilian CIA operatives and technicians would easily move the passengers out of the aircraft onto the tarmac outside the aircraft and into blacked out busses. The 777 ER is hooked up to a “mule” and towed to a specific hanger and the aircraft is secured. The E3 AWACS continues airborne with her mission, and the crew never see the 777 ER. From now it is conjecture. All they had initially was to go off of was the IFF/UHF squawk from the initial contact, once the controls were commandeered the 777 ER was similar to flying a drone, but not as easy to handle. Removing the 777 ER by way of the south accomplished two tasks: 1) The 777 ER disappears, and the amount of visual cues about the aircraft’s disappearance are limited significantly. 2) Potential witnesses are in Malaysia, somewhere on the Indonesian Archipelago, and possibly the Maldives. Even then hiding the aircraft in Diego Garcia is an optimal scenario. In a contrived scenario as this, and the experience we have with CIA / OSS operations this is not as far fetched as it sounds. Reports of a large airliner could be reported falsely to cover the tails of the CIA from any other “interested” parties. Other scenarios can be brought forward - but here is the fly in the ointment. The USS Kidd watched the entire operation on their SPY - 1 phased array detectors. Why do you think they were in the Straits Malacca, what, they just appeared? Not to show the flag. Once the 777 ER passed the mountain range that follows the length of the Malay peninsula, the EW operators could lake over the aircraft, eliminate any calls for help by way of ECM, maintained communication discreetly by satellite or coded Doppler pulse communications lets say with a DDG 51 Class destroyer like the USS Kidd. The USS Kidd could determine if any spurious frequencies leaked from the 777 ER - I doubt it, and the tin can could have deleted any sign of those signals with their enormous and quite proficient ESM suite that has more capability if not the same of the E3 AWACS. Why then did the USS Kidd appear so quickly? Where is the USS Kidd home ported? Singapore? Most likely out of Hawaii, Norfolk, or San Diego on deployment. Any Aegis Class surface combatant would have easily seen this, and the CIC operators a plethora of intelligent operators with the same exact knowledge of the E3 AWACS crew: “This is a drill, and we are assisting the Air Force in monitoring the ongoing operation’s evolution.” Few in CIC would have been privy of the evolution.
