Apart from Minister Dacic, the meeting was attended by European Union Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule, Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council Goran Svilanovic and the Foreign Ministers of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia.
