Izzys night was good, when Dad let her into the garden she found - TopicsExpress

Izzys night was good, when Dad let her into the garden she found it much cooler than of late and she was pleased to return indoors for her breakfast. Tea for Mum was soon arranged and Izzy was off upstairs to cuddle and snooze. The wrinklies brekkie was soon over and Izzys marmite on toast was an equally rapid affair! Izzy took Dad to the park woods and surprised him with a couple of truffles, not too brilliant a quality but nonetheless useable. They met Lynn with her three spaniels and many treats were consumed Izzy likes socialising. Izzy was left three hours while shopping was organised and completed. A carrot was produced and Izzy didnt notice the departure. On their return Izzy was pleased to see them and had another carrot. Later in the afternoon. Izzy and Dad took a stroll round Tank Farm. Then they took some old towels to the veterinary hospital for the Cotswold Canine Rescue to put to good use. Izzy sometimes remembered her days in the Dogs Trust rescue kennels. They had been good to her but 10 months had been a long time without a family home. Izzy loved her Mum & Dad. Back home Dad played Tug-Tug Pirates with Izzy, then a game they made up called Dib- Dab-Kong. It was real rough and Tumble stuff and sometimes Mum had to blow the whistle and calm things down. Izzy had her dinner, some vitamins and a little cold sausage with some salad. It was nice but never enough! Izzy slept. snored and dreamed. Izzy was happy.
