"I’m a used to be a fitness trainer and have 30yrs experince. Weight lose is not hard, you just have to stick to your program, which can be a bit tricky The golden rule is eat less and do more exercise. that’s all there is to it. In practical terms this means, eating three meals a day, no more and nothing between meals and doing some sort of exercise a minimum of 3 times per week. The best way to do this is join a gym generally, you’ll be instructed properly and it will ensure you do wide variation of exercise. The best sort of food to eat is healthy veg and non processed natural foods, try and substitute some of poorer foods you eat for high fiber foods, for example All Bran cereal is a good start, followed by a jacket spud with tuna for lunch. Have a low fat meal for dinner and eat nothing after 6pm. If you follow these general guide lines you can not fail to lose bodyfat. Be honest with yourself about your calorie consumption, is it really that low. Weight loss is 70% diet and 30 exercise, the exercise helps hold on muscle while dieting and is vital for fat loss, not weight loss. You basically got to put the effort in and change you current life style to make changes to your body, without the lifestyle changes it worth work Good luck"
