I’m “high” in terms of fitness level :) Also, with the VO2 max test on my own road bike I found out that my targets to improve aerobic capacity and racing performance are: • 110 bpm during typical long training rides (and then I’ll burn 8.4 cals/minute) • 165 bpm during tempo rides (11.8 cals/minute) which I should do 1-2 times a week for 20-30 minutes.
