I’m often asked what does it take to be a good leader? Its my strong belief that a good leader serves their distributorship and leaves their egos at home. To be a good leader you dont have to be the best on the platform. You dont have to best at the front of the room. You dont have to be the best when it comes to words and language. You mustnt put people in your team down, bully or intimidate them. Your job is to inspire them, direct them, make them feel good about themselves. Remember THIS IS NOT THEIR JOB. THIS IS THEIR PASSION their business their belief THEIR CHOICE. You must however, set an example, gather customers and distributors, become a good teacher and always remain a good student willing to learn and improve. Be the best you be.
