I’m very proud that I have got much better with my crosswords last year in The TV Choice and I’m feeling confident that I can have a go at doing the much harder ones and when I look at the questions, it gets me thinking I should know the answers to most of them. I can see the Eggheads are like that and they are very clever at memorising things they are not interested in and that’s like me in a way. Some people on quiz shows make me laugh when they get some of the very easy questions wrong like CJ did on Eggheads and I can see Judith is a very nice person but she just has bad luck with some of the questions she gets. My favourite Egghead players are Kevin and Pat because they know a bit about everything. My favourite Egghead player out of the women is Daphne because she is very clever at guessing the right answers and I can see she knows a lot of things somewhere in the back of her mind. I wouldn’t choose Kevin, Pat or Daphne to go against in a head-to-head because they are too good to beat. The one I would choose to go against in a head-to-head is either Judith or Barry because they always get some of the easy questions wrong. ~John.
