I’ve bit of good news! 2 weeks ago I had a CT scan to see if cancer in my lymph nodes has shrunk after my 4th chemo. Yesterday I saw my consultant at the hospital for results and she said that my lymph nodes have shrunk and Im pleased! I will have 2 more chemos, the 5th one being this Friday and 6th one in 3 weeks’ time. After the 6th chemo I will have another CT and hopefully I will not need any more chemos also to determine if I will need more chemos. It’s been found that I still have fluid build-up outside my lung as I’ve explained about this before. During my treatment there has been still a slow build-up of fluid that I will return to hospital to have it drained to ensure it is all drained out. Bit of a step by step and I will get there in the end!
