J&K polls: Two independents and one SP candidate files nomination from Bhaderwah seat MOHD MAJID MALIK BHADERWAH,Nov 01-- Two independent candidates and one from Smajwadi Party from Bhaderwah Assembly constituency, filed nomination papers from the seat , which goes to polls in the first phase of Jammu and Kashmir elections on November 25.Prof Kuldeep Singh Charak , Raiz Zargar independent candidates and Seikh Mohd Shafi of SP filed nomination papers here today and all candidates reached at Bhaderwah with large numbers of supporters to show their strength . Prof Kuldeep Singh charak , Raiz Zargar both independent candidates and Sheikh Mohd Shafi , candidate of Smajwadi Party filed his nomination paper from 54-Bhaderwah Assembly Constituency today in the office of the Returning Officer Bhaderwah , an official spokesman said here.All candidates was accompanied by their supporters and other party members.Speaking to media after filling nomination papers Prof Charak , Raiz Zargar and Sheikh Mohd Shafi strongly criticized the Congress party and said their leaders are responsible for the unemployment in the area .They said Bhaderwah is known as VIP constituency and in spite of that from the last ten years hospitals of Bhaderwah and Gundoh are without doctors and maximum areas are without roads and electric supply . They also alleged that Congress had done nothing for this constituency and now people want change so they decided to contest . They also criticized BJP and PDP candidates and appealed to people to cast their franchise in their favour for better livelihood .
