JAH --RASTAFARI. selassie .well my name is benjamin tetteh . but friends called me ras benji l was borm in brotinor a malltown in the greater accra of ghana on the 19 .3.1964 . druming and danclng has been my heart desire since i was a wfaint. lstrted playing drums at the age of 6 years with my childhood friends when there is a moon light gaduring in the village. l spend most of my childhood in the village till 25 years . when i left to the capital city accra . when imet a . group called my stical vibrations and i paled with them for 1 year .because of my good druming skills. had a contract deal with a band in togo called the wadaada roots in the july 1988. with themi leamt more of the drumming and dancing skills and ofter 1 year i left to from my own group called . sakura groups .we played for 1 and haif year which i left to the europels (SWITZERLAND) l came to continlie with a group called roots africa which we were playing for married cermonies discos . graduatins and more. l finally mone here to AUSTRIA in september 2001 still play and also have a school . which i terain people how to play the drum s and repair it .also teach people how to danle our clutures and more other african activitles you found your lnterest in .
