JAHMAICA .. DRAMA AT THE NIGHTINGALE !!!!!!!!!!! Well when isnt their when this band play .. Last week Jammin (Main Man Lead Guitar and Vocals) threw a Whitey (least Kay Kay Newton who I so admire for the way in which week in week out she HELPS the band tells me thats what its called) .. O M Ds as Eunice (much missed tho shed sent her love) would say and then if that wasnt enough this week Gibby Gladstone Gibson (LEAD VOCALS Proper) for reasons beyond his control decided to give me (old Man Bill) The Shits by not arriving until well into our 1st Set .. MAN THIS JAHMAICA BAND ARE SO LAID BACK ITS MAKING MY HAIR GO WHITE .. Wot dye mean it already is .. Lol .. Still arriving all the way from Weston Super mare we forgave him Looking so good as he did THO unusually slender .. I do wonder whether hes eating right down there .. :/ Well Alison Alison Reeday Pub Team and Cheerleader is not wrong when she says she ran outa Beer, Change & Glasses but then it was Midnight Ali so fair enough eh .. You worked your butts off and did everyone proud hunni ALWAYS Making Sure Our Boys were amply catered for throughout the day (sound check) & night with FREE Drinks etc (Prospective Booking Publicans take note) There can be No Compromise .. To Get The BEST From Your Bands You gotta LOOK AFTER US Cos we Live Entertainers REPAY You in TRIPLING Your Bar Take .. Oh and we never abuse such hospitality .. (y) .. A Say Tho .. The Extensive Grounds Outside with tables n chairs strewn everywhere were as Ram Packed as was the Inside where we were Playing So Ted Ted Robinson (Sound Engineer) Did nowt na more than go round Opening all the windows so people n fans who were knocking on them to Try & Break In could Now Peer Thru & Sing & Cheer along from outside .. WELL WHAT ELSE COULD WE DO .. Talk about Standing Room Only .. Phew!!!! CRAZY .. CRAZY DAYS INDEED .. :D .. Look for any doubters Jah Maica are quite clearly now a PHENOMENA and with Fresh Young Blood on stage in the shapely form of NICOLA ~ Nicola Green (just needs a few more songs and then well pay her) the band are Going Places .. Which in my eyes is ALL the way to the Caribbean ..
