JAKE UPDATE: August 25, 2014 1:08 PM Just left the Cardiologist and literally wiping tears away as I type. Jakes heart function is 76%!! Two weeks ago it was 37% and when we arrived at the hospital it was 33%. God is working on Jake!!!! We are in awe of this wonderful news!!!! With that said, he still has rhythm issues, chest pains and headaches. Theyve sent him home with a holter monitor to make sure theres no other rhythm issues. He will continue school part time and gradually work up to going full time. Thank you all so much for your prayers!!! They are working so please continue them!
