PA 19140 Jalisa is a total sweetheart who was found as a stray on the streets of Philly and brought to the shelter by some nice police officers. She is very sick right now with kennel cough and could really use a loving home ASAP so she can rest up and get better in. She was already spayed at Penn so she is all ready to go home TODAY! She is underweight too so she needs lots of food and TLC. She has a super sweet personality, walks good on a leash, knows sit and loves people. She seems to perk up when she sees other dogs but she hasnt had any official meets yet. If you can open up your home up to this sweet little girl please come down to ACCT Philly ASAP and meet her (bring any children in the home and/or resident dogs)!
