Dimple urged the election commission to cancel their MP candidature who indulge in such malpractice of, cash, violence, weapon and use muscle power practice . Sunil Dimple president Jammu west assembly movement has expressed great shock and worries about the News Item appearing in the media the Election Commission has seized 2 vehicles carrying cash to distribute and influence to the voters. Sunil Dimple said this incident of the seizer of the cash from the vehicles has badly distrusted the voters on the Congress, NC, BJP and the political parties. As it is a proved evidence that the Congress, BJP and NC Parties are expert in the cash for votes scams. Dimple alleged that in the Kashmir valley the NC Minister is influencing its ministerial post and insisting the voters to swear on the name Quran and to campaign for them. Sunil Dimple said this Incident of Vehicles of the congress parties have horrified and terrorized the the Innocent people voter and they are afraid that what more canthese parties do ( use wepons) to horrify the voters and creat law and order problems during elections. Dimple urged the election commission the derecognize, ban such candidates and cancel their MP candidature who indulge in such malpractice of, cash, violence, weapon and use muscle power practice . He warned that he the election commission do not takes strong steps, we will call for the voters for the election boycott for the safety of the life and the democracy. Dimple alleged there is grass violation of code of conduct and the election commissions orders had been shelved by the alliance NC Congress partners, the Govt machinery, officers, employees have been converted in to election campaign in charge of the NC, Congress candidates and parties, the official Govt vehicles are being seen being used by the parties. Sunil Dimple said no work is taking place in the secretariat and the Govt Offices. The files of the people are laying un attended in the secretariat. Dimple said no work is taking place in any department all work is badly suffering, no officer is listening the plight of the people, it seems the officers have turned deaf ears to people and they are facing acute sacristy of drinking water, power cuts, condition of roads is worst, the corruption in the Govt offices is at the peak. No Ration is being supplied. He said the officers are enjoying fully, as they are holidaying and they are pleasing the ruling partners MP candidates, by financing them, deputing departmental officers on their campaign. Sunil Dimple also alleged the information department is also working for the ruling MP candidates for their coverage and press notes. Dimple alleged the fake bills without work, payments are being drawn on fake bills by the PHE, PDD, PWD, JMC, JDA, ERA, for the election funds of the ruling party candidates. Dimple alleged the high officers like directors, chief engineers, xns, engineers of all the departments have been asked by the ministers, to finance the MP candidates for the funds and the officers are giving it the official candidates as the election funds. Sunil Dimple has appealed the election commissioner of India and electoral officers to look in to this nexus of the MP candidates and the government officers who are funding the ruling candidates. He warned the Govt officers not to miss use public money and to look to the plights of the people, other wise they will be exposed in the public. The MP candidates and ministers for the misuse of the govt machinery will be exposed publicly.
