JANES LOVE TRIAL: Chapter: 12. Even though she did not love him,she still hoped to find solace in him. Talent had confessed to have feelings for her,so perhaps she would learn to love him by time. All she had to do now was to meet Talent,and tell him that she had considered his proposal. Wow! I dont know what to say,but am glad you are willing to give us a chance Talent said,shifting himself closer to Jane to hold her hand. Jane hoped that she had not made the wrong choice,but the thought of saving her dad somehow comforted her to be in a relationship with Talent. But Talent on the other hand was head over heels in love with her,she could see that in his eyes. One evening Jane bumped into Themba again. He tried to apologise but she was not interested in making peace with him,not that he had changed anywere. Because one of his mistress came throwing herself all over him while he was still apologising,and he could not talk himself out of it. All Jane had to do was to confront him with a glare and walk away. She had also made a little confession to Sipho before breaking up with him. Although he did not take it in very well. Reckoning that he was hurt,Jane had apologised and hoped that she will live with the guiltness of ever playing with his feelings. Talent did not took time before he could pop the question for the second time in his life. To him it was nolonger about business,he had fallen for Jane. But to Jane it was all business. Although she knew that,but she managed to keep it as insignficant as she could,while putting her best effort into manipulating her emotions of love (faked love) into action. I will marry you she had said faking a little excitement,she could not help it but to feel the apprehension of the imminent business marriage. I will organise an engagement party honey and soon after that we will arrange a wedding date Talent said as he stood up to lift her up with joy. Jane on the other hand was still feeling like she had done the worst mistake in her life. After receiving some documents to sign from Mabena,Jacob had signed them without any hesitation. He asked Jane to deliver them back. They gave her directions to one of the offices in the builiding at the reception. She was told that she would give the documents to Bonganis secretary,but she was not available that day so she had to meet with Bongani. But she was unaware of that until she was told to come in after a single knock on the door. Her heart stopped as usual after seeing him sitting behind the table which had a laptop and some few papers and files and a telphone on it. His brown eyes were looking as gorgeous as ever. For a moment she had to forget the unforgettable words he had said to her. She stood at the door still surprised. Bonganis face was emotionless,though she thought she had seen a little bit of humor crossing his face which had vanished before it could reach his lips. You can come in he said again as his hand gestured her to sit on one of the chairs which was on the other side of the table opposite to him. Suddenly everything came running in her mind. All the words he had told her,all the crying she had done. She wanted to turn around and run and never look back,without any second thoughts about what she was thinking. She dropped the envolope on the floor there at the door where she was still standing and stomped out as usual. Jane! Bongani called as he pushed back the leather chair to stand up. He ran after her and find her along the corridor,he grabbed her by the shoulder but she tossed off his hand as she opened up her paces. Leave me alone! she said her voice full of anger. But he took hold of her hand and pulled her back into his office,she tried to fight him off but she could not win. Inside the office,Bongani closed the door and lock it. Whats your problem? He asked showing a little concern. My problem!!? She asked at the same time yelling at him. You wanna know my problem!!? Huh? She asked again. No,slow down Jane. Look am sorry okay Bongani said trying to calm her down,but its like he was adding paraffin on fire that he is trying to extinguish. Oh! Now you are sorry huh? What are you sorry for? For destroying my dads business or for calling me a whore? Or you are sorry for breaking up with me? What is it you are sorry for? He looked at her and he felt a certain pain in his heart. It was one thing to call her names and walk away,but to see her miserable and devastated like that,all because of him. It gave him a great deal of pain. Without even thinking of the consequences he had put his arms around her to give her solace,she tried to fight him off hitting him on the chest but he was holding her tight and she was powerless,eventually their eyes mate. And in seeing the passion in each others eyes and prevailing not on fighting the feelings they have for each other. Bongani lowered his head down,while Jane stood on her toes. Their lips mate gently as they kissed.
