He wasn’t just PREACHING to ‘christians or the poor’ Elisha was telling the king of his land, things about the ENEMY…and what to do…HEEHEE…….yeah, YOU got ANGELS helping encourage other Christians. One or two perhaps…THANKS….and you got ANGELS helping you ‘feed the poor’ ….but YOU REALLY got ANGELS when you are helping HEADS OF NATIONS….ENFORCE GOD’S will……..AND that is why ENEMY ARMIES came against Elisha……READ…..(2ND Kings 6: 11-13) 11 Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not show me which of us is for the king of Israel? 12 And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber. 13 And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. GOD said, GET UP OFF your FACE…and go find and FIX the problem………(Joshua 7: 16 And Joshua rent his clothes, and fell to the earth upon his face before the ark of the LORD until the eventide, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust upon their heads. …7 And Joshua said, Alas, O Lord GOD, wherefore hast thou at all brought this people over Jordan, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us? would to God we had been content, and dwelt on the other side Jordan!........…….10 And the LORD said unto Joshua, Get thee up; wherefore liest thou thus upon thy face? ……11 Israel hath sinned, and they have also transgressed my covenant which I commanded them: for they have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it even among their own stuff. …..SEE? After we pray…..JOSHUA was called to TAKE THE PROMISELAND…not just be a PRAYER WARRIOR…..it takes A LITTLE MORE COURAGE to get up and GO FIND THE PROBLEM OR FIGHT…then it does to pray…………WE PRAY and after we pray….DO WE OBEY? Cause if we don’t…….PRAYER is WASTED….and a religious act of FEAR…..or LAZINESS….simple as they. DO WE PRAY…..as an EXCUSE that we are doing something….BUT really just avoiding a SACRIFICIAL ACT OF LOVE?.......... ………...AINT nothing wrong with praying. I LOVE PRAYER…PRAYER is the FIRST KEY…..but ONCE we have PRAYED AND KNOW THE WORD…then we must use COURAGE to do what must be done. IT’S NOT PRAYING time then….IT’S FIGHTING TIME FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD…..we have PRAYED….and GOD SAID, NOW FIGHT….David lost all….and he PRAYED to GOD…GOD said, OKAY…GO, and RECOVER all….(1rst Samuel 6: 30) 7Then David said to Abiathar the priest, the son of Ahimelech, Please bring me the ephod. So Abiathar brought the ephod to David. 8David inquired of the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue this band? Shall I overtake them? And He said to him, Pursue, for you will surely overtake them, and you will surely rescue all. 9So David went, he and the six hundred men who were with him, and came to the brook Besor, where those left behind remained.… ……..DAVID didn’t fearfully drop back down on his knees and start praying again….THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN FOOLISH……when you need money and GOD gives you a job, and YOU don’t go to work…YOU DON’T go back to YOUR knees….STOP BEING so RELIGIOUS or CHILDISH in our walk……..YEAH….SOMETIMES you , I, we GOTTA FIGHT for GOD too……(SO MANY TIMES FIGHTING IS SIMPLE…it’s doing what GOD told us to COMBAT the dark evil kingdom. FIGHTING is just BUILDING GOD’S KINGDOM…bringing PEOPLE…..WOW….how SIMPLE……GET MORE IN THE ARMY OF GOD…..)…………..THE KINGDOM is not just PRAYING, PREACHING, POSTING…..it’s ADDING PEOPLE TO COME TO CHRIST, THE KING OF THE WORLD…………………….. ……IT’S THE CHRISTIAN WAY………(sorry IF I’m NOT PUTTING up a nice simple PIC of JESUS on the CROSS….or HIM knocking on your door, or HIM asking “DO YOU LOVE ME?” Or YOU writing, “JESUS I LOVE YOU, with a little girl praying on her tender knees.”……………… UH….there is a LITTLE MORE TO THE GOSPEL than that………..THAT’S BABY CRAP….and it’s GOOD for a BABY….but all shouldn’t be babies, and things WILL HAPPEN in your life, family, ministry, church, city, nation…….WHERE it means IT’S TIME TO GROW UP AND FIGHT BACK….spiritually………………………..(I’m not mad…I love it. But someone said, I had a dream about you and I was worried. I SAID….Uh…COOL….so if you worried and if GOD gave you a dream about me……ADD to the KINGDOM where I, AND YOU are….SIMPLE…..if you worried about someone…..PRAY…but after PRAYER….than help BUILD the KINGDOM…simple SOLUTION….when people going through….SOMETIMES they don’t want your, my ‘worry’……and they love our ‘prayers’ but in the end….WHAT WILL WE COURAGEOUSLY do to TRULY help the problem. AND MOST TIMES…the person or GOD already TOLD us what to do…………… ………BUT IF we don’t do that and just WORRY, or PRAY…or even JUDGE the person………….THEN SATAN wins….and where satan wins….he wants More BLOOD….next after you see him come after some one else…guess what…NOW HE wants to spread his fire and come to ALL near that person…………THAT would be … YOU next……..and trust me…WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM and satan attacks you…I WILL PRAY…..but DARN it….IF I CAN HELP YOU BUILD, OR REBUILD……..That’s what GOD put me on this earth for. TO LOVE HIM, GOD….and YOU………and not just with ‘words’…..WORDS don’t always COMFORT, as much as we think….WHEN WE DON’T back up those WORDS…with CHARIOTS OF FIRE….action….GOD didn’t just say to ELISHA, “Don’t worry. I got your back.” HE SHOWED HIM and that ASSISTANT…..ANGELIC ARMIES, and CHARIOTS OF FIRE……. ……….It ONLY really takes a few…..BECAUSE THEY HAVE angels of heaven surrounding them. LOOK….Elisha and his assistant woke up and were SURROUNDED by armies…and if you read, Elisha prayed, “LORD open up the young man’s eyes.” (2nd Kings 6: 16-17) 16So he answered, Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them. 17Then Elisha prayed and said, O LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see. And the LORD opened the servants eyes and he saw; and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha………… …………..And they SAW A HOST OF HEAVENLY ANGELS…surrounding the natural fierce ARMY……………..we get so scared of so much…FACEBOOK deleting us, governments, bosses on jobs, and silly EARTHLY things that THREATEN…but don’t have HEAVENLY power……NOW let’s look at a REAL MAN OF GOD…who has GROWN UP SPIRITUALLY….PETER……….he and another Apostle were PREACHING and got LOCKED up……WE COULD blame him. We could say, “SEE Peter…maybe GOD don’t want you preaching. If GOD told you to preach, you wouldn’t be locked up. Your church wouldn’t have burned down. Your children would always obey you. Your wife would be the sweetest woman, and all would love and follow you. You’d have best selling books, and even presidents would listen to you Peter. Peter, you should be ashamed of yourself. You were preaching for your own glory.” And Peter….would be like, “AT A BAD TIME…..have you joined satan to be against me?” BUT PETER had JESUS and the angels of heaven behind him. Yes…SOMETIMES babies are with you….and BABIES aren’t always very good warriors. OH…babies can pray real good….and that is what many will say to you in hard times. “Brother, Sister, I’m praying for you.” ………………and you’ll smile and say quietly, “Okay..thanks. EVEN though I pray for myself, and everyone says they are praying for me, love me. NOT many do a HARD thing…and help people how they can.” ………..LOOK AT THE COURSE OF EVENTS…and how they happen….FIRST…..before ANY persecution…….GOD was doing something, and PEOPLE were in it……BELIEVERS were ADDED……..IT doesn’t mean, GOD mysteriously………CAME down and went to houses…….IT means HE had MEN, AND WOMEN….a church, or gathering, or ministry or site….SET up….and PEOPLE bought them….ADDED…..it’s so simple. ………. ………..Acts 5: 14 And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)…………NOW AS PEOPLE were added….GOD did miracles through the HOLY GHOST………with…HUMANS….apostles….(IS this the SAME Peter who DENIED JESUS twice before the cock crowed? Is this the same Peter who couldn’t stay awake and pray with Jesus? Is this the same Peter who once Jesus was crucified, went right back to fishing for fish?)……………MY….GOD has INCREASED AND MATURED THIS PETER…now HE is a leader……………………WHEN will YOU, ME, actually began to be LEADERS….where PEOPLE can learn from us?....................and be HEALED…. ……………15 Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.............as BELIEVERS were added….MULTITUDES CAME…strange how CROWDS, honestly DRAW MORE CROWDS….and GOD likes it, and DOES EVEN more miracles……..THROUGH…..PEOPLE…..ordained…….. …..16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one...............................................NOW……STOP! Don’t you EXPECT that PERSECUTION will arise from this? DO YOU EXPECT to be GROWING IN YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE, and in EVERYTHING you touch around you and NOT EXPECT GOD to allow satan, through people to PERSECUTE YOU? If you don’t believe you will ever be perseucuted or suffer while doing GOD’S WILL…..well….you are being very BABYISH…..time to GROW UP…..demons will be after you, because YOU ARE TEARING up their KINGDOM…….by…praying, preaching, and HELPING TO MULTIPLY GOD’S KINGDOM. If they came after JESUS, APOSTLES, PROPHETS, AND PEOPLE in the bible, and people today….YOU SHOULD expect them to come after you….YOU WILL BE READY FOR IT, AND KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT…GOD will tell you….. ……….17 Then the high priest rose up, and all they that were with him, (which is the sect of the Sadducees,) and were filled with indignation,……………………..IT doesn’t matter who…RELIGIOUS leaders, GOVERNMENTS, PEOPLE around you who feel they are your enemies, FRIENDS, maybe even family……..IT doesn’t matter…satan will use some of them, if they allow it. ………18 And laid their hands on the apostles, and put them in the common prison................NOW after you have set in PRISON for a night…..ADMIT it….YOU REALLY may be RETHINKING all that PREACHING you been doing…………….. ……………19 But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said, ………..20 Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life....................... ………THE ANGEL didn’t say….”GO sit down. Be quiet. Learn more wisdom. And don’t get in NO more trouble.” NO….THE ANGEL SAID, “GO STAND BOLDLY IN THE TEMPLE AND AMONGST THE PEOPLE…..and PREACH the WORDS OF THIS LIFE……HE’S TALKING ABOUT THE GOSPEL AND THE KINGDOM………………….it wasn’t a time to start trying to figure things out, or why…..IT WAS A TIME TO GET EVEN BOLDER in what they did….NOW is the TIME to let HUMANS know….NO MATTER WHAT….WE WILL NOT STOP……………. ………..21 And when they heard that, they entered into the temple early in the morning, and taught. But the high priest came, and they that were with him, and called the council together, and all the senate of the children of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them brought. …………22 But when the officers came, and found them not in the prison, they returned, and told, …………..23 Saying, The prison truly found we shut with all safety, and the keepers standing without before the doors: but when we had opened, we found no man within. ………….24 Now when the high priest and the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these things, they doubted of them whereunto this would grow. …………..25 Then came one and told them, saying, Behold, the men whom ye put in prison are standing in the temple, and teaching the people...............................they said, “BEHOLD, THE MEN AND WOMEN you put in PRISON….are right back PREACHING, in the CHURCH we burned down, ministry we deleted, and they have REBUILT….(ALL OF THEM WHO CARE)….and they are AT IT AGAIN.” ………….. …………26 Then went the captain with the officers, and brought them without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should have been stoned............................see…NOW they are careful…………………………..PEOPLE scare them. THEY don’t see angels in heaven and chariots of fire….BUT THEY DO SEE PEOPLE……who they feel may defend Peter and other apostles……… ………..27 And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them, ………..28 Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this mans blood upon us.................................DIDN’T WE TELL YOU Peter and Apostles, PEOPLE of GOD…..not to PREACH NO MORE? What is wrong with you? WHY ARE YOU SCARED of us? And why you intend to bring JESUS BLOOD upon our heads?..........duh! you the ONES WHO GOT JESUS CRUCIFIED by bring him to the Romans….DUH….you do have BLOOD upon your heads…ONLY way to get JESUS blood OFF your heads….is to ACCEPT THE BLOOD of JESUS to cover your sins….. ……….29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men............................NOW THOSE ARE MATURE CHRISTIANS…Peter aint no BABY no more…..HE’S A MAN OF GOD…and says….WE OBEY GOD…..not sinner humans who trying to STOP us from doing GOD’S WILL………….MIC CHECK, MIC CHECK………………PETER WAS talking about SINNERS….stopping them from BUILDING THE KINGDOM AND HEALING AND MULTIPLYING……Peter DIDN’T say, “WE DON’T OBEY PEOPLE ANOINTED OF GOD TO TEACH US HOW TO OBEY GOD, WITH SCRIPTURE.” If you IGNORE people telling you the BIBLE…..you are NOT OBEYING GOD….you are just being STUBBORN……………..This is what ….GOD does to us if WE remain stubborn…………..(1rst Samuel 15: 23) 23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king……………………….GOD REJECTED even Saul from being a king, when he wouldn’t listen to GOD’S word….from Samuel………………MANY times….WE have NO ideal what is coming in our lives or what GOD has for us…and some people may see our anointing, and want to HELP us….BUT we REJECT the WORD OF THE LORD, coming from them….EVEN when they ACTUALLY, HONESTLY USE SCRIPTURES….we say we believe in…………. NOW Peter and the Apostles kept talking to them…and they got MADDER…cut to the heart and wanted to SLAY them….but no need for angels….GOD touches a man’s heart……………WOW…guess who the man was? Gamailiel……a TEACHER of Paul…..Saul, a persecutor of the CHURCH in about two chapters further in ACTS 7…is a young man being TAUGHT by this man Gamaliel……………..LOOK! PAUL THE APOSTLE is talkiing later…..TO ALSO OFFICIALS who have detained HIM. Strange…WHEN YOU BUILD THE KINGDOM, AND ARE A PART OF GOD MULTIPLYING it….YOU should expect, some resistance…….(Acts 22: 2) 2And when they heard that he was addressing them in the Hebrew dialect, they became even more quiet; and he said, 3I am a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city, educated under Gamaliel, strictly according to the law of our fathers, being zealous for God just as you all are today. 4I persecuted this Way to the death, binding and putting both men and women into prisons,……………..SO back to ACTS 5: 33………….(AGAIN, I apologize for not putting NICE pics up today. So if this thing, GOSPEL, KINGDOM is of the devil or earthly…it will die down. BUT IF THIS IS OF GOD….we can’t over throw it…..UNLESS we want to be found fighting AGAINST GOD………WE CAN’T WIN THAT BATTLE……………they got the FORCES OF HEAVEN WITH THEM. (Chariots of FIRE!) ……..39 But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God. …………40 And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.................................they still BEAT the apostles…but then let them go…..and the APOSTLES DEPARTED from that council, REJOICING that they were counted WORTHY to suffer shame for the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST….CHRIST, KING OF THE WORLD…………………………….. 41 And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. 42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ..........................................and DAILY, IN THE TEMPLE, MINISTIRES, HOUSES, SITES……they CEASED NOT to TEACH,AND PREACH JESUS CHRIST….and it doesn’t say, but you already know….ADD to GOD’S KINGDOM….somewhere……
