JETER The day you went to ask my parents for their blessing to get married in 1954, that was sixty years ago. Time has flew by for our journey of dreams and hopes. GOD has such a sense of humor. We had our ups and downs. but never gave up on us as we worked together. We were friends before we were lovers. Our dreams of giving our children many experiences and adventures and memories. We camped all over in this land. Melinda was 6 months old and Kim was 6 weeks old on their first outdoor camp in Alaska. Just cant thank you enough for working sometimes 3 to 4 jobs to do this. You were there for our boys and MANY others, as their leader in Boy Scouts, even forming a Explorer group to teach the true American Indian culture, to the keep the older boys, like ours, in Scouting. You were always there to support me in my community work. We were able to take your dad and my mother to Las Vegas, Florida and of course Branson MANY times. Mother on a Cruise and To Hawaii. The Kids camp in Branson forty years ago before it was BRANSON. Just a beautiful place to see nature at its best. And last, Jeter how proud you made me feel for you when you work so hard as a SHRINER, in your unit. As all of our Shriner friends hearts are for the hospitals for children. Always thinking of children. This journey has taken us so MANY places outside of our country, Mexico, Central America, and South America, To many to name. HOW, sweetheart did we do all this how? I am so happy to be with you on this ride. YOUR FRIEND, LOVER, and PARTNER FOR LIFE
