JILL TAHMOOREESIS UPDATE : Jill Tahmooressi checking in. I am safe in Mexico with security escort awaiting hearing tomorrow Federal courthouse circuit XV. The court house backs up to Lic. Fernando Benitezs office so we will be walking over for 11:00am hearing. This is the first of what may be many evidentiary hearings as I understand the process to be. The next one is scheduled for the first week in August though with God all things are possible. Andrew is looking forward to the start of this process: being able to explain to the Honorable Judge his wrong turn ending him up at the border. I saw first hand the NEW, visible signage for wayward motorists indicating the last turn point back to the USA. Still highly confusing because the far right lane where Andrew was trapped and forced south is still barely accessible to make that 90 degree bank yet at least it is some improvement. Will be back in San Diego approximately 8pm Wednesday. Message me on FB and I will try to respond to as many inquiries as possible. The entire Tahmooressi family and especially Andrew is humbly grateful for the prayers and support from many.
