JJ and Elizabeth are back at it again with another Unmedicated Childbirth Education Class. This class is great for anyone birthing at home, a birthing center or a hospital. The only thing that you need is an intention for wanting it unmedicated! This class is fun, informative - and yes, they will go over all breathing techniques, anatomy, physiology and positions. The thing they do that is different, is they keep it simple by breaking it down into a pragmatic, digestible pieces and explain how the brain and hormones work to support you to birth your baby.
