JMA Pilani 68th India Independence Day Dr Jamil Akhtar Chief Scientist CSIR CEERI Unfurls Tricolor Mrs Booma Natarajan, Principal JMA welcomed the gathering and introduced the Chief Guest Dr Jamil Akhtar Chief Scientist Head of Sensors & Nano Technology Group Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute CEERI Pilani which is one among the top ranking CSIR Laboratories in India today. Sensors and Nano-Technology Group at CEERI, Pilani is involved in R&D for microelectronics and MEMS technologies of discrete devices and circuits employing 2-3 diameter semiconductor wafers. Dr Jamil an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University JNU Delhi earlier had been DAAD Fellow at T.U. Munich, Germany Goethe Institute, Freiburg, Germany apart from being Planner-B at B.E.L. Ghaziabad.
