Job Purpose: • To manage the relationship between the library and key internal and external customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and excellent service. • To perform the effective dissemination of accurate information and research material across the organisation and provide it to the users. Outputs and Accountabilities: Process • Ensure that completed work adhere to relevant policies, procedures, governance and legislative requirements and report on deviations & discrepancies. • Keep up to date records of completed work. • Ensure quality of work content, minimise mistakes and continuously improve quality and standards. • Deliver operating results within predefined quality, volume and time standards. • Undertake information gathering and analysis of data within set guidelines to report related information to business. • Constantly align own work method to changes in work requirements, procedures, policies, processes, and delivery systems to meet contracted targets. • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with peers and SARS role players to achieve predefined objectives. People Drive own performance in order to achieve work outputs in line with required response time, quality and service delivery standards. Integrate new knowledge attained through formal and informal learning opportunities in the execution of your job. Finance Adhere to specified polices, standards and procedures to prevent wastage on resources and report violations. Customer Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a service that is consistent, seamless and error free.
