JOB ALERT - ELITE TELECOM - Field Based Sales/Account Manager - Full Time - Chorley/London Elite has made the successful transition into the unified communications market and as such require experienced business development executives to work with our 4,500+ high end clients. As part of our expansion plan we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic sales person with sound technical knowledge of such products as SIP, EFM, unified communications and MPLS. We are realistic on target earnings meaning that you are more than capable of doubling your basic salary every month. Mixture of office/field based role B2B sales and account management of high end clients in a wide variety of industries including; Sports & Leisure, Entertainment and Travel Key responsibilities: To sell Elite’s data and connectivity portfolio to new and existing clients (multi-site, WAN, MPLS/VPLS, WAN, SIP) To follow up appointments with the necessary information to progress the sale. To consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets To provide first class account management to a specified selection of Elite’s customer base To use the CRM platform to keep track of customer enquiries, keep customer records up to date and bring in new sales To accurately action any inbound leads as soon as they hit the business to help acquire new business To develop your own customer portfolio from the group base, secure new business from lead data and maximise available/potential gross profit from within each account Be proactive to your customers’ needs and ensure that they are up to date with company or industry changes Desired Skills It is essential that the client has experience in working in technical sales and has a connectivity/telecoms based background. Also: Proven track record of selling to high end corporate customers Excellent knowledge of products/features such as MPLS, Leased line, SIP, EFM Experience of selling additional products such as business mobiles and Avaya, Swyx or Mitel telephone systems as part of a fully managed unified communications solution Proven ability to hit sales targets At least three years’ experience of working in a sales-based environment or in account management Use of CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics Excellent communicator both verbal & written/excellent phone manner and engagement with customers Current driving licence Our main offices are Chorley and London and we invite applications from potential candidates that could work out of either/both locations.
