JOB ALERT! GREAT INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER Career Opportunity Now Available in Boston, MA! Our client, a security technology company, is in need of a talented Inside Sales Account Manager to join their team ASAP! In this role, the focus will be on pro-actively identifying new business opportunities and maximizing the incremental revenue for existing and new customers to achieve sales performance goals. Primary responsibilities: • Co-owns sales achievement against a specified territory quota in a territory • Qualifies marketing leads for accounts in territory • Owns developing a list of focus accounts in territory to penetrate and/or expand • Aligns with the Territory Account Manager’s strategy for the geography • Generates and drives a sufficient pipeline of deals in territory to cover commits • Works with resale partners to close sales opportunities in accounts • Develop and maintain relationships with accounts and Go-To partners in territory • Provides feedback on gaps in partner skills or territory coverage to partner account executives for partner development activities • Generate and follow up leads and convert these into opportunities to drive incremental business • Maintain and enrich account data in SalesForce • Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors products and pricing and keep up-to-date on knowledge of the company Desired Skills & Experience • 3-5 years experience with inside sales • 1 year minimum experience in the high tech industry (i.e. computers, software, networks) • Experience building out sales processes and creating sales systems • Proven record (metrics) of accomplishment within an inside sales team in the B2B technical market and can show significant increases in growth due to personal efforts. • Create as you go ability, ad hoc tasks • Must possess excellent communication skills • Proven ability in the implementation and follow up of marketing efforts • Must have previously used a CRM Sales module Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 Bonus: $50,000 to $100,000 Relocation package provided for qualified candidates If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please submit your resume to info@tenaciousstaffing for immediate consideration!
