***** JOB ANNOUNCEMENT ***** Plain Clothes Retail Loss Prevention (Portland) Undercover Loss Prevention Store Detectives Portland, OR $12.00 - $13.50 per hour depending on Retail Loss Prevention experience. Full-Time positions available for the right Loss Prevention Professional. Must have plain clothes retail store detective experience. Must have Guard Card or ability to obtain. We are seeking an experienced loss prevention professional to focus on the interesting part of loss prevention in a retail environment -- the detection and apprehension of customers whose behavior and acts that may ultimately cause loss to the company. Primary responsibilities include: • Ability to assimilate into the client`s store environment • Successful surveillance of patrons while patrolling • The detection and apprehension of external theft • Ability to make the right decision under pressure • Strong report writing and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently, team player, self-starter Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Eligibility to work in the U.S. • Previous Retail Loss Prevention experience • Guard Card or ability to obtain • Successful background check including drug screen U.S. Security Associates is a nationally recognized Security and Loss Prevention service provider with operations in 37 states and 210 branch offices nationwide.
